Crew News change

I have closed off the Crew News section to be member only. You MUST sign in to view it. There may be sensitive information posted there that is for crew and flag ears only. Only the SOs are allowed to post anything there. It is meant to be a "minutes" of the meeting section. Discussion of those meetings should take place on the Discussion section that I will create shortly. That section will also be member only.
