in-game harassment

My daughter recently started playing a pirate on my otherwise abandoned account and ever since visiting a poker table where she lost a handful of PoE she's been repeatedly stalked and harassed by a member of your crew named Koop. She's only 11 and that kind of behaviour is something I don't think should be tolerated. I tried contacting this 'Koop' but he was offline at the time as were other members of the flag. I don't know how (or if I should) find a way to contact a GM / OM, but I'm hoping I can nip this in the bud right here and now. Please ensure that your members are respectful to strangers and maintain at least some level of maturity.
